We’re glad you’re here. Our free Contractor Account is simple—no fees, no gimmicks, just great pricing. Once you sign up, we’ll email you a copy of your Contractor Pricing so you can start saving right away. You can place orders with us by email or phone—whichever works best for you!

How Ordering & Shipping Works

Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed by email or phone—whatever’s easiest for you.

  • If you need UPS shipping, just include something like "For UPS shipment" in your email. Otherwise, we’ll assume you want it sent out on our next route day.

  • UPS orders must hit a $250 minimum—once they do, we’ll get them packed up and out the door.

Shipping Speed

  • If we get your order before 1 PM, we’ll ship it that same business day.

  • We use UPS, so most shipments from Seattle to Eugene arrive the next day—but since it’s third-party, we can’t make guarantees.

How Payment Works

Paying for Your Order

  • The easiest way? Keep a card on file so we can process orders quickly.

  • No card on file? No problem—you can pay by credit card when your order ships.

  • If you start ordering regularly, you may qualify for a credit account (more on that below).

Credit Accounts

  • After a few successful orders, customers can apply for a credit account.

  • Approval depends on things like order history, location, and volume.

  • Our credit terms are NET 10th, meaning payment is due on the 10th of the month after your invoice.

  • Running late on a payment? Just keep us in the loop—we’re flexible as long as we know what’s going on!

The Fine Print (But Still Important!)

  • If something’s wrong with your order, let us know within 7 business days, and we’ll make it right.

  • Since UPS is a third-party service, we’re not responsible for delays or damages after the package leaves our hands—but we’ll always help you track it down if needed.
